Influence of methyl prednisolone on caspase activity in L. pneumophila-infected A549 cells. Cells were pre-treated with and without methyl prednisolone (53.4 μM) for one day, and subsequently stimulated. After a 1-day incubation, caspases activity was measured colorimetrically.
