a Splenocytes from Balb/c mice primed with influenza A/Taiwan (H1N1) virus were stimulated with 2 pfu/cell of recombinant Vac-NP or vaccinia-gp120 for 5 days. CD8+ T cells were obtained by positive selection using AutoMacs instrument. The percentage of CD8+ and CD4+ T cells determined by dual color flow cytometry and % lysis in purified CD8+ and CD8- fractions are presented. b Lysis of P815 (H-2d) target cells with the indicated infection was determined in the 4-hour chromium release assay. Percent specific lysis at 40:1 E:T ratio is shown. NT = not tested. | |||||||
