Phosphorylation of the MAP kinases was detected by immunoblot on cell lysates using antibodies specific to the phosphorylated forms of the kinases (right panels). Equal loading of cell lysates was determined by immunoblotting with antibodies raised against unphosphorylated forms or actin. Left panels show the quantification of (A) ERK1/2, (B) p38 and (C) JNK.
