Aspergillus antigen induced similar lung fibrosis in wild-type, Mcp-1-/- and Ccr2-/- mice. Left lungs from Aspergillus antigen- or PBS-treated wild-type, Mcp-1-/- and Ccr2-/- mice were analyzed for total hydroxyproline content as described in methods.
