PBMC were exposed to RV16 and culture supernatant was collected at 24 hours to measure IP-10, and at 5 days to measure IFNγ and IL-13. Median cytokine values, with interquartile (IQ) range for unstimulated and RV16 exposed are shown. Data was assessed for normality and natural log transformed before group comparisons were made using paired two-tailed t-test. Only comparisons attaining p < 0.05 were considered significant and only these p values are shown.
