Respiratory Research is an open access journal aiming at publishing high-quality science in all areas of respiratory disease. Topics of specific interest include asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, cystic fibrosis, genetics, infectious diseases, interstitial lung diseases, lung development, lung tumors, occupational and environmental factors, pulmonary circulation, pulmonary pharmacology and therapeutics, respiratory immunology, respiratory physiology, and sleep-related respiratory problems. The journal accepts submission relating to both clinical and basic research in the respiratory field. The journal also welcomes state-of-the-art reviews on any topic related to the scope of the journal.
